What should I expect from my consultation?

During your initial consultation, our exercise physiologists will work with you to understand your individual exercise goals. They will undertake gentle, physical assessments to determine your current exercise knowledge, exercise abilities, strengths and limitations. With this information our professionals will create a safe, personal exercise program that will gently challenge and progress your physical abilities helping you to lower your pain levels and increase your strength.

A follow up consultation with your exercise physiologist will be in one of our gyms (land based programs) or at one of our hydrotherapy sessions (hydrotherapy programs). During this session our exercise physiologists will take you through your personal program and teach you the exercises so that you are confident to complete them independently.
